We are excited to announce our 2028 author interest form. The signing is on May 27, 2028.

To express your interest in attending as a signing author, we kindly request you to fill out the form below.

As much as we’d love to welcome everyone, please note that this is an interest form only. Official invites will be sent out in the coming months. Only those selected will be contacted; if you don’t hear from us, your name will be automatically added to our waitlist.

The signing will take place in Banff, Alberta, Canada in the beautiful rocky mountains.

Why RITCR?

An Unforgettable Experience

Join us for Romance Invades the Canadian Rockies in the breathtaking mountain town of Banff, Alberta—an unforgettable setting that offers the perfect backdrop for a romance-focused signing. Surrounded by stunning alpine scenery, crystal-clear air, and one of the most beautiful destinations in the world, this event creates a truly immersive experience for both authors and readers alike.

We intentionally keep our signings intimate and community-driven, featuring approximately 30 authors and 550–600 attendees split across two sessions. This format ensures a more personal, author- and reader-focused environment where meaningful interactions can take place.

Authors are well cared for throughout the signing day, with breakfast and lunch provided for you and your assistant and a dedicated break between the morning and afternoon sessions to rest, recharge, and connect with fellow authors.

Each author is provided with a 6ft table with skirting.

To make travel and setup as seamless as possible, authors are also welcome to ship their books directly to the organizers at no additional cost, with no drayage fees.
